Common questions

What happens if a channel is down?
Stockroom queues the update and retries. If a channel stays unreachable for more than 30 minutes, you get an alert and the dashboard marks which counts may be out of date.
Do I have to move my products into Stockroom?
No. Connect your store and Stockroom imports the catalogue. Products stay where they are; Stockroom only manages the stock numbers.
Can I try it on part of my catalogue first?
Yes. You can choose which products Stockroom manages and leave the rest alone until you're comfortable.
